We aim to build community in Wisconsin for all things jigsaw puzzles.

President

Dakota has always enjoyed doing puzzling and recently fell into speed puzzling and went full steam ahead. They are very excited about growing the puzzling community within Wisconsin and creating a one place stop for all things puzzling within the State. Dakota lives in Fitchburg with their partner and two amazing dogs, Oliver and Warren.

Vice President

Cristine is a founding member of WI-JPA and a passionate puzzler who always has a puzzle on the table at home. Excited to bring fellow puzzlers together, she’s dedicated to fostering connections through her love of puzzles. Now retired, Cristine enjoys gardening, traveling, and building meaningful relationships. She resides in Sun Prairie with her husband, college-age son, and dog.

Treasurer

Tim has had a passion for puzzles since childhood, with fond memories of spending time with his grandmother, hunting for puzzles at thrift stores. Although he’s always been a puzzler, Tim recently discovered speed puzzling and quickly became hooked on the sport. Outside of puzzling, he enjoys traveling, playing pinball, and exploring the latest board games. Tim lives in Appleton with his wife, kids, and dog.

Secretary

Kabao has always had a passion for the sense of accomplishment that comes with completing a jigsaw puzzle. When she’s not working or spending time with her family, you can often find her enjoying the peaceful challenge of puzzles or exploring the outdoors with her dogs, Toto and Snickers. Kabao lives in Sheboygan, WI, with her husband.

Director

Growing up, JoAnna spent countless hours working on puzzles with her grandmother, creating a space for family bonding and connection. She has always appreciated how puzzles bring people together, whether through shared stories or the simple joy of finding that missing piece. Now, she is a proud cat lady living in Port Washington with her boyfriend and their three cats.
